In December, we hold our annual “It’s a Wrap” party where everyone has the opportunity to get their gifts wrapped for their loved ones, all employees bring a side dish for a pot luck, and award plaques are given out during that time as well. Our annual “End of the Year” party is also held in December for employees to bring a guest to with food, music, and entertainment for a night of fun with all employees. As well as 12 Days of Christmas where for 12 business days we do Christmas activities in the office for the employees to have a little bit of fun. For Employee Appreciation Day, we celebrated with a food truck for an employee lunch with desserts. In between these events during the year, we hold many dress up days to participate in with fun surprises in between!
